1. Overview

This policy explains what data cheaptokens collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

2. Data we collect

We collect your email address (used for sign-in) and the data needed to operate your account — your USD balance, API key reference and usage totals. To prevent abuse of the partner program and payouts we keep pseudonymous signals: keyed hashes of your IP address and of a random browser identifier, and the wallet addresses you enter for withdrawals or refunds. We do not require names or identity documents.

3. Payments

Payments are made in crypto, or by card through a third-party partner. We do not collect or store card details: card payments are handled entirely by the partner, which may require identity verification under its own terms. There is no KYC requirement on our side to use the service. Crypto payments are processed by a third-party payment provider.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use a small set of first-party cookies: an httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in; an httpOnly cookie that records the first click on a partner link for up to 30 days; an httpOnly random browser identifier used to detect linked accounts (up to one year); and short-lived cookies that remember how you found us (campaign attribution and the first blog article you read). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand site usage. These do not identify individual users.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Payment, payout and refund records and the related partner program records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep by law.
