Partner Program Terms

1. The program

The CheapTokens partner program is a one-level program: you recommend the service and get a reward for paid top-ups of the users you bring. To take part you need a CheapTokens account; to move or withdraw income you accept these terms (version 2026-10-v3).

2. Reward

You get 10% of every successfully paid and credited top-up of a user attributed to you. The base is the amount paid; the 5% deposit fee does not reduce it. Bonuses, gift credits, internal transfers and restored amounts are not paid top-ups and give no reward. Token usage is not a base. There is no time limit and no cap on total earnings.

3. Attribution

The first valid click on your link opens a 30-day window for a visitor without an account. Clicks on other partners' links during the window do not change it, and repeat clicks do not extend it; after the window ends, a new valid click opens a new window. If the visitor creates a confirmed account within the window, they are attributed to you permanently, even before a top-up. Existing accounts are not re-attributed. The window is kept in a first-party cookie and checked on our server; deleted cookies, private browsing or another device can lose it.

4. Hold

Each reward is on hold for 7 days after its payment is credited. The hold applies only to your reward: the referred user can use their API credit immediately. After the hold the reward becomes available, unless a refund, dispute, check or negative adjustment applies to it.

5. Using your income

Available income can be moved to your own API balance. This is final: it cannot be moved back or withdrawn as money and gives no reward or refund right. You can also request a withdrawal in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) from $20. Only the requested amount is reserved on your partner balance; the USDT amount is calculated at the market rate at the moment of payout. The network fee is paid by CheapTokens on top of the payout. A request is completed within 7 calendar days of submission, after an automatic check and approval by an administrator.

6. Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments

A full refund of a top-up cancels the whole related reward, even if the buyer receives less because of non-refundable fees. A partial correction, a statutory refund or a partial chargeback reduces the reward in proportion to the canceled part of the paid base. An open dispute blocks the related reward until it is resolved. If the reward was already withdrawn or moved, the amount becomes a debt shown in your dashboard; new rewards repay it first, and moving or withdrawing is paused until then.

7. Allowed and prohibited traffic

Allowed: honest recommendations, guides, videos, repositories and posts where the platform permits referral links, with a clear note that the link is a referral link. Prohibited: referring yourself or your own extra accounts, fake sign-ups, stolen payment methods, circular payments to earn rewards, cookie stuffing, forging attribution, spam and misleading ads.

8. Checks and restrictions

We check rewards and withdrawals for abuse. Shared devices, networks or wallets are a reason for review, not an automatic confiscation. While a check is in progress, the related bonuses and rewards are suspended; if we restrict or cancel a reward, the reason is shown in your dashboard.

9. Users you invite

A user who signs up with your link gets $0.50 right away and a $10 bonus after their first top-up of $5 or more. A smaller top-up does not unlock the bonus but does not remove the right to it. Bonuses are for API use only and cannot be withdrawn or moved to the partner balance.

10. No guaranteed income; changes

The program does not promise any income. We may change or end the program with notice; rewards already earned and users already attributed are settled under the terms in effect when they were earned.
