1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using cheaptokens, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

cheaptokens provides programmatic access to third-party open-weight AI models through an OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

3. Payments and balance

You pre-fund a USD balance with USDT and spend it as you go at the per-token rates published on the pricing page. A deposit fee applies. Token usage is non-refundable. Unused balance does not expire but is non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided without warranties or uptime guarantees (no SLA). Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to generate prohibited content, to abuse rate limits, or to resell access in violation of these Terms. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms and the published prices. Price changes are announced in advance and apply only from their effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
